I asked Fritos about the cheddar-ranch flavored twists, and this was their response:
"Hi Katy,
Thank you for taking the time to write to us. We’re sorry to report that the product you are requesting was discontinued because of slow sales. While there are no plans to reintroduce this product, please know your comments will be shared with our sales and marketing teams for any future consideration.
